Hard-boiled- eggs topped with basil pesto and
sun-dried tomato pesto (order of four halves).

Mediterranean wontons with mushroom broth 6.00
A play off of spanakopita.  Spinach and feta cheese
encased in wonton wrappers and served in a broth infused
with three types of mushroom.

Hummus and pita 7.00
Hummus served with warm pita bread, tomatoes,
red onion, cucumbers, feta cheese, and kalamata olives.

A savory topping made in house and served with
toasted baguettes slices.

Herb and roasted garlic tomato soup

Combo (choice of soup with mini calzone) 8.50
Stuffed pizzas filled with a medley of vegetables and cheese.

Cold buckwheat noodles with Asian slaw, cucumbers, tomatoes,
shitake mushrooms, tofu, watercress and garlic-shoyu dressing.

Greek 10.00
Greens tossed with bell peppers, cucumbers, feta cheese,
kalamata olives,red onions, tomatoes, and red wine vinaigrette.

Contemporary 6.00
Mixed greens from our garden, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots
and croutons with a choice of dressing: creamy gorgonzola,
herb vinaigrette, raspberry vinaigrette, lemon-miso and Swiss Inn
(creamy cider vinaigrette).

Tomato and Mozzarella salad 10.50
Tossed greens topped with mozzarella mixed with cherry tomatoes, basil,
and Swiss inn dressing.

SANDWICHES (served with hummus and corn tortilla chips or substitute a house salad for an additional 1.00)

Black Forest ham and provolone cheese with tomatoes, lettuce,
Dijon mustard, and mayo on pumpernickel bread.

Moroccan chicken wrap 10.50
Chicken breast marinated in a spiced blended cream with sun-dried
tomato pesto, candied walnuts, tomatoes, cucumber sauce, raisins,
tossed greens and a lime cumin dressing.

Grilled vegetable 10.00
Grilled eggplant, zucchini and portobello mushroom, topped with
melted provolone cheese, basil and sun-dried tomato pesto on
ciabatta bread.

Creamy tuna salad with hard-boiled egg, cucumbers, tomatoes,
lettuce and basil pesto on pumpernickel bread.
